Leadership Charlotte
The Leadership Charlotte Core program is our flagship program and is a “backstage pass” to the Charlotte community. It is a two-part program, starting with ten, once-a-month program days where approximately 50 participants explore current issues with a variety of community leaders. The program is complete after participants serve on a committee that coordinates one of these program days for the incoming class.
ENCOUNTER Charlotte
ENCOUNTER Charlotte is an orientation to Charlotte and to community leadership. This program is open to newcomers to Charlotte and to anyone who simply wants to get involved in our community. We hold this twice a year: once in the Fall and once in the Spring. Participants learn first hand from a wide range of community leaders about what makes Charlotte work. Participants will come away with new relationships, a greater knowledge of our local community, and specific ways they can make a difference in our community.
