The Leadership Charlotte Legacy Awards honor those who create lasting change and measurable difference in our community. We will honor the following leaders in May.
Richard “Stick” Williams: Lifetime Achievement Award
This individual has demonstrated a commitment over time to serving the community in various capacities. He/She has made significant contributions, both personally and professionally, to the betterment of Charlotte and serves as a role model in volunteer community leadership.
Courtnie McIntosh: Unsung Hero Award
This individual works quietly behind the scenes for the good of the community and demonstrates leadership through dedication and service to the Charlotte-area community. He/She contributes time and talent, though not publicly heralded.
Todd Tibbits: Newcomer of the Year Award
This individual, who has lived in Charlotte less than five years, has actively sought opportunities to improve the quality of life in our community. He/She has made significant contributions, both personally and professionally, to the betterment of Charlotte.
Dianne Chipps Bailey: Schley R. Lyons Circle of Excellence Award
This Leadership Charlotte graduate has demonstrated outstanding leadership qualities in keeping with the ideals of Leadership Charlotte.
Supportive Housing Communities: Community Service Award
This organization has enriched and improved the quality of life in our community through creativity and innovation in community service.
