The Leadership Charlotte program is for emerging and existing leaders. It is our flagship program and is considered a “backstage pass” to the Charlotte community. It is a two-part program, starting with ten, once-a-month program days where approximately 50 participants explore current issues with a variety of community leaders. Tuition for at-large applicants is $4,000, reflecting a 50% discount of the actual program cost. Scholarship and payment plan options are available for selected program participants. The program is complete after participants serve on a committee that coordinates one of these program days for the incoming class.
